Black Bean and Quinoa Chili

My family and I went to the annual Memorial Day cookout and softball game with our church.  It is always fun.  Lots of food to share and you bring your own meat to grill.  This year my hamburger was a commercially bought veggie patty with all the normal trimmings and I added grilled zucchini.  I also created a delicious vegetarian chili.

I used left over black beans and Quinoa as the protein and added those to sautéed onion and garlic.  Added stewed tomatoes and a homemade chili mix adapted from Allrecipes.com
Mixed and simmered and it was as good as any meat chili I have made.
